To ensure you're only paying for what's necessary, if applicable, we apply complexity factors to the base price depending on your specific situation. These factors range across 3 levels, with more complex scenarios leading to higher adjustments. Any applicable discounts will be applied to the final invoice total.
Here’s a breakdown of how complexity affects your pricing.
Organization Level Complexity: Complexity based on the size and structure of your organization, such as the number of employees, departments, or systems being managed. This will apply to the entire invoice.
Item Level Complexity: Complexity related to specific projects or add-on services, such as the scope of work, number of processes, or systems involved. This will apply only to the individual item or service.

The complexity factors may apply at the organization level (affecting the entire invoice) and/or the individual item level (affecting specific projects or support services). If applicable, these factors will be reflected on your quote to ensure you’re charged fairly for the work needed. Below are the levels and their descriptions:
Level 1: 10% Complexity Increase

This level involves small increases in complexity that require minimal additional resources or coordination.Level 2: 25% Complexity Increase
Moderate complexity
